NetDrive

NetDrive is an old Novell OEM version of WebDrive, a ftp client that can map any ftp remote directory as a local drive. WebDrive still exists and is a good shareware, now at version 7.0. (see http://www.webdrive.com/). NetDrive is only version 4.182 but it is free and it works fine. Novell used to distribute it freely at http://support.novell.com/servlet/filedownload/uns/pub/ndrv41862.exe/ but the download hasn't been valid in a very long time. Initially, the licence required to use the utility solely on Novell networks, but there is no software check to that effect. It runs fine without any Novell components! Since the utility was free for years but is not available anymore, I can only guess it is in a state of abandonware.
